The default setting for "Use Alert server" in the Quantum config should be set to "YES" instead of "NO"

EWF Reports that has http in the row value should identify that as a link and offer jump URL

EWF report that start with http:// or https:// should be recognized as URLs and offer as a link. These rows can be from a calculated formula or come from database. Report design should offer URL data type if such value is coming from database.
