Brazil Tax - Cont'd Implementation - 2022.Q4

Whilst we expect GE to take our Brazil Tax offering in the Q3 space, we anticipate work extending into to Q4 to ensure a generic solution is produced. This will include all the pillars of the "Definition of Done" for the ES to EWF conversion.

Phil M:

• Ganesh & Ajit will perform a Technical type of review of my prototype
• I have noted the following areas which will likely need improvement
  • Use a Parent Child table for Tax Rates (so multiple tax rates can be stored)
    • Possibly include a field that can be used to record the Actual Cashflow Instrument, that should be used
  • Possibly write a Custom Datasource for the reports (as opposed to the view I created)
  • Review how we establish the linkage between the MM Deal and Tax Actual Cash flow deals (for when the MM Deal is updated and we need to update the Cashflow).

I have also noted from our earlier discussions that you would like to separate the Tax Cash Flow for each Tax type
