Editable field for settlement amount for t-bills - difference between Quantum and Bloomberg

For some Tbill trades imported automatically from Bloomberg the following issue can occur: the settlement amount imported in Quantum is different than the one on the ticket. The settlement amount in the ticket: 48 988 429.75 and in QT: 48 988 429....

Exercise option for issued bonds not available
