Exercise option for issued bonds not available

We have set up bonds issued by the bank (in own name) with "Borrowing".

These instruments are callable one year before maturity.

When entering the initial deal, when the bonds were issued, we have used the "Issue" option rather than "Buy" or "Sell".

We then tried to exercise the bond - call by issuer one year before maturity - but there is no Exercise option available on Deal Map. From business point of view this is the best setup, yet Exercise is not possible.

Exercise should be available for this combination (borrowing and issue).

As an inquiry - this instrument was bought by custody clients as an investment. We have setup 2 instruments, one for the bank (borrow), another as an investment security for clients. Is this the correct way or could we issue just one security?
