Move Away from "ALL" Being the Default Query Selection on Dealing Screen


This feature would prevent default dealing screens (including AC/PC deals and Cash Transfers) from loading "ALL" as a default. With the way that Quantum operates, defaulting to "ALL" rarely, if ever, represents a justified use case, but conversely can cause serious problems with data load volumes as transaction sizes reach 100000 deals & above.

Leaving "ALL" as an option still makes sense, but ensuring that "ALL" is not defaulted would bring benefits to users, particularly in cases where less adept Quantum users do not recognize the depth of the action being requested each time they load a module in which "ALL" is defaulted.
