Time stamp in the "header" of downloaded excel report

For audit and accounting reasons there is a request that a time stamp is added to the "excel header" when a report is downloaded (see attached example).

There is also a request that it should be possible to omit the header when a report is downloaded. Such that the information in the excel starts at row 4 (see attached).
