Each Portal User receives 5 votes. Each user is allowed 1 vote per idea. Votes are reset when an idea is in a final state i.e. Shipped (delivered in the product).

Ability to Send an Email from within Quantum

The thinking behind this would be that we can send an email after a workflow event happens or a certain event happens from within Quantum. So we could use a Workflow Template, similar to Paper Confirmations for instance, that would allow us to format an email to a certain set of users.
