Polish Bonds - No Purchased Interest in Ex Period

Current Quantum behavour reflects market practice in most juristictions.

When a Bond is purchased in the Ex Period: The purchaser does not receive the next coupon, but is compensated for Interest Revenue that would have otherwise been earned (from Settlement Date to next Coupon Date). The Accrued Interest for this period is subtracted from the settlement amount payable by the purchaser, which is why it's negative.

In the Polish Market Bonds do not compensate for any interest when traded in the ex period. Consequently they would like the Income set to 0 when purchased or sold in the Ex period.
