Support Negative Interest Postings for Witholding Tax

Negative Interest Income and Negative Interest Expense Accounting Tags have been added to MMKt, IRS, and CCS Posting Rules under the following EPICS. This work excluded Witholding Tax.

  • QNTM-E-1965 Mmkt

  • QNTM-E-1966 IRS

  • QNTM-E-2032 CCS


This modification would be to extend the implementation to include Withholding Tax Accrual and P&L accounts.

This item would require a reasonable level of development, including

  • New Posting Rule Tags for Negative Interest WTax

  • Update Accounting schemas for each of the impacted Transaction Types - formulas

  • Extensive testing of Accruals, Unwinds
