This is a continuation of AQT-55266, but this time for all other TranTypes aside from Money Market and Securities.

We are hoping that perhaps the next RU for 6.6.1 or 2020.x will address this and that at the very least no regression occurs for the Action Types we have observed and tested to be working correctly.
