CMS Unwind/Early fixing

Currently, Commodity swaps do not support unwinds, this has been request by numerous client and there is no satisfactory work-around

    The idea is to allow a period to fix early prior to the original fix date and for the payment to occur early as well. The quickest solution would be to open up the date fields on the Price Fix form in CMS deal to allow the user to change the End Date, Fix Date and Payment Date
