Ability to process backdated Fees after cash flow and/or GLs have been posted

The ability to make updates to fee cashflows/GLs that have already been generated/posted for a given period if adjustments are made to the base information

The ideal solution would involve code changes only, and not DB changes, thus hopefully making it easier to release into older versions. Barclays are on 6.6.0, while GE will probably go live on 2020.2
