Change Bank Account Grouping process

Customer has requested that the bank account grouping functionality be modified in order to work in tandem with the Resource Security. If there was a field in the bank account creation to assign the grouping immediately upon saving the bank account, then this would resolve the issue (similar to v5 functionality)

    Comment from Eric Willems 22/5/18:

    As discussed, the below new menu options would create a new bank account or group inside the current group rather than at the same level as the current group.
