The default setting for "Use Alert server" in the Quantum config should be set to "YES" instead of "NO"

We are using the Alert server in Analytics quite heavily but after each Quantum config run the setting of "Use Alert Server" is back to "NO" as "NO" is the default. I don't understand at all why "NO" is the default. Please change it to "YES" via d...
